Bungee Workout and Pound Instructor


Victoria has been a fitness instructor since 2010 and has taught a range of formats including Zumba, Pound Fitness, strength training, and cycling. She has taught people of all ages and fitness levels and strives to create a welcoming class environment, especially those who are nervous about trying new classes. “I believe fitness should be associated with joy,” says Victoria, “I watched the Bungee Workout videos on social media and knew I would love to teach it because everyone looks so excited when they get to fly!” Victoria’s Bungee Workout classes are high energy, guaranteed to make you sweat, and are influenced by her Zumba background. In her free time, Victoria can be found cooking gluten-free treats, skiing, or painting.
