SEATTLE, WA, July 17, 2018 — One of the newest fitness trends in the country has made its way to the West Coast and landed in Seattle. Coreo Fitness will open in August of 2018 on First Avenue North in the Uptown neighborhood. A grand opening celebration will be held on August 18 and 19 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm with two morning classes and demos throughout the afternoon.

Bungee Workout has been attracting attention in the last year as a new and exciting fitness trend that is lower impact (with resistance and support from the bungee) and high in fun!

Bungee Workout takes its inspiration from circus and dance to create an exhilarating and effective workout. During class, participants will practice bungee movements that will have them bouncing and dancing their way through a cardio-blasting and core strengthening workout.

“Our classes are for people of all backgrounds and walks of life. We’re committed to fostering a welcoming and open environment where clients can let go of stress and enjoy their time with us,” says Tiffany Kung, founder of Coreo Fitness. “We want you to have so much fun you’ll forget how hard you’ve been working out.”

The studio will open to the public in August with four classes taught by Master Instructor Veronika Dolanska, founder of the top Bungee Workout studio in Prague, prior to their grand opening on August 18.

“I am so excited to bring Bungee Workout to Seattle,” says Kung. “Not only is our space custom designed specifically for Bungee Workout, but Seattle is the best city to launch on the West Coast because Seattleites are active, open-minded and creative and, I believe, will embrace and champion this new workout trend.”
