Is there a weight limit?

For our clients’ safety and comfort, we have a weight limit of 250 lbs. Our bungee harness will fit up to 45” waist and 26” thigh circumference.

What health conditions do I need to meet?

Bungee Workout is a rigorous, high-cardio exercise that uses the resistance of the bungee cord.

Participants must be in good health. Expected mothers or those who gave birth recently (natural birth in the last 6 months or cesarean section in the last 12 months) should not participate in the workout.

Please consult the Coreo team prior to signing-up if you have heart conditions, scoliosis, back injuries, knee injuries, or had recent surgeries.

Is there an age requirement?

Our age requirements are as follows:

  • Bungee Workout, Bungee Fit and Prepped for Success: 16 – 50 years old
  • Bungee Lite: 16 – 60 years old
  • Participants under 18 years old are required to be accompanied by an adult.

I am new to Bungee Workout. Which class should I take?

You can take any of our beginner classes. If you’d like to start with a more moderately paced class, Bungee Lite will be the perfect choice. Please make sure to come early to class, so that we can get you fitted for the equipment.

What should I expect from my first class?

Our bungee class will begin with a warm-up, followed by putting on the bungee gear. Once you have your gear on and are clipped on to the bungee cord, you’ll move on to the conditioning phase. During this segment of the class, you’ll learn and practice a bungee routine choreographed by your instructor. After the conditioning phase, your class will end with a cooldown to bring your heart rate down and relax your muscles.

You may feel some discomfort and pressure from the harness. Just like many other sports, such as spinning and boxing, where it takes some time to get used to the apparatus, it will take a few bungee classes to feel comfortable with the harness. We encourage you to keep trying; the more you practice, the more you’ll enjoy Bungee Workout!

When should I arrive for class?

You should arrive at least 10 minutes before class. If you are more than 3 minutes late, you will not be able to participate in the class. For your safety, you must do a proper warm-up to participate in our bungee classes.

What should I wear to a Bungee Workout class?

Clothing:
Female participants: Wear comfortable and fitted clothing. Leggings, running tights, tank tops and t-shirts are great options. Avoid baggy clothing, as it may get caught by the bungee gear. Also, wear a top that covers your midriff, and seamless and soft underwear (no laces) to prevent chafing.

Male participants:
Wear fitted pants or shorts with a smooth waistband, e.g. running tights. For tops, t-shirts and tanks work well.

Shoes:
Wear clean, athletic shoes with non-marking soles. It is important to wear snug shoes that give you a good grip to participate in bungee class safely.

Jewelry:
You should remove all jewelry, especially belly ring before class. Necklaces, bracelets and larger earrings can get caught by the bungee gear.

Should I eat before class?

You should eat a few hours before class in order to have the energy to take Bungee Workout. However, you should not eat within the last hour before class to avoid any stomach discomfort during class.

What should I bring to class?

Bring a water bottle and towel with you. We have a bottle filling station in the studio (no water fountain).

What amenities do you have at your studio?

We have cubbies for you to store your belongings, a water bottle filling station and a single-stall restroom.
