The Bungee Workout is indeed a workout, and it is more than a novelty experience. While our location attracts visitors from out of town, Coreo Fitness classes are designed to be incorporated into a routine fitness regime.
One of the newest fitness trends in the country has made its way to the West Coast and landed in Seattle. Coreo Fitness will open in August of 2018 on First Avenue North in the Uptown neighborhood. A grand opening celebration will be held on August 18 and 19 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm with two morning classes and demos throughout the afternoon.
